Registration (conference) fee

All participants who wish to attend the conference have to pay the registration fee, which includes organization expenses, access to sessions, a copies of the conference materials, refreshment during the conference, lunch and banquette ticket, proceedings and social event. The registration fee is non-refundable! The fees will not be refunded in case of the absence too!

Payment

Prices are set by agreement. All payments should be free of bank handling charges. We are not a VAT payers. The payments have to be made in EUR (€) and free of all bank and other charges. When you making the payment by bank transfer please remember, in message to the recipient, to indicate your name and surname of the person for whom the fee is reimbursed, otherwise the payment cannot be identified and the fee will be considered unpaid!

Participation at the conference

Please, show the proof of payment during the presentation. In the absence of the conference, fees are not refundable. An invoice, if you need it, you receive personally after the conference. In event that you can not participate personally in conference, we welcome a your representative.

An invoice you receive personally after the conference. Or, if you need to send invoice, please complete your mail address or e-mail address.

After registration a registration manager will send you an email about receiving of registration to comnference and prompts you to payment relevant fee.
