Goals of Conference
A central goal of conference is to provide an international forum for presentation of recent progress on air traffic management and operations, aircraft design and aviation technologies as well as issues of education, management, policy, planning and market aviation affecting the future direction of the aviation industry. The second goal was to offer a venue for interaction between researchers, system developers, product support personnel, managers, and business developers from aviation industry, government, and academia to share research findings and practical experiences. The conference also aims to serve as a meeting place where people can identify new research ideas and techniques for introducing them into widespread use in aviation and related fields.
We invite talented researchers to submit their contributions with the results obtained in the field of their research. Plenary tackled the most pressing issues impacting the future of aviation, while the technical forum presented innovative research and technologies that offer solutions. We are looking for innovation in order to demonstrate dramatic results in the research area.
Topics of interests include, but are not limited to:
- Avionics and sensorics
- Aircraft and airport engineering
- Air traffic control and management in aviation
Proceedings
All accepted abstracts will be printed in the Book of abstracts and reviewed contributions will be published in the reviewed conference Proceedings (published on CD).
Review process
All contributions published in proceedings will be reviewed by internal reviewers from the Faculty of Aeronautics of the Technical university of Košice or other external reviewers, at the discretion of the members of the organizing committee of the conference.
Official conference languages
Official conference languages are English, Slovak and Czech language.
Estimated length of presentations
Estimated length of presentations is within the range from 10 to 15 minutes.
Registration (conference) fee
- All participants who wish to attend the conference have to pay the registration fee, which includes organization expenses, access to sessions, a copies of the conference materials, refreshment during the conference, lunch and banquette ticket, proceedings and social event. The registration fee is non-refundable! The fees will not be refunded in case of the absence too!
Payment
- Prices are set by agreement. All payments should be free of bank handling charges. We are not a VAT payers. The payments have to be made in EUR (€) and free of all bank and other charges. When you making the payment by bank transfer please remember, in message to the recipient, to indicate your name and surname of the person for whom the fee is reimbursed, otherwise the payment cannot be identified and the fee will be considered unpaid!

Participation at the conference
- Please, show the proof of payment during the presentation. In the absence of the conference, fees are not refundable. An invoice, if you need it, you receive personally after the conference. In event that you can not participate personally in conference, we welcome a your representative.
